Sold Scale Items by Mode

Maitre'D sold scale items by mode report shows scale sales item profit information by Revenue Center and mode for the date or the period of time requested. From the report filter window, select the appropriate dates, Revenue Centers, modes and sales items to be included in the report. The following is a sample of the sold scale items by mode report:

For each Revenue Center and each mode, this report provides you with:

Weight

Quantity sold, in pounds or kilos, of scale sales item.

Description

Scale sales item description.

Id

P.O.S. Control sales item number.

Sales

Weight sold multiplied with item unit price, for each item and total for all items.

Percent

Scale item sales compared to total for all scale items sales.

Cost

Total cost of sales item inventory recipe, for each item and total for all items.

Profit

Sales minus cost, for each item and total for all items.

Percent

Percentage of profit compared with sales.
